1) We initiate a background check after you have accepted your conditional job offer. All job offers are contingent upon completing our pre-employment screening process by a third-party vendor.
(2) Once your pre-employment has cleared, you will begin new hire paperwork, and our IT department will send work equipment to your home.
(3) As part of Episource’s onboarding process, you will also participate in orientation.
Specific roles may require a mandatory drug screen as a condition of employment. We will notify you at the time of the job offer if the position requires a drug screen.
